Sophie Arrived!

First car ride home. Doesn't quite fit in her car seat yet!
Unfortunately, baby Sophie had to spend a couple of nights in photo therapy due to higher levels of bilirubin and risk for jaundice. She really hated those goggles!



Here are the proud parents of Sophie. She arrived at 7:36 pm on Monday May 19th. She was 6 lbs 10 0z, 19 inches long.

Here it is! The picture of me at 38+ wks. I am definitely all belly. I have some days when it can get pretty uncomfortable, and other days I forget I'm pregnant until I get up and move or bend over and I think "oh, that's right, I have a huge ginormous belly". We are still waiting patiently for arrival. Thankfully, this pregnancy has gone without incidence and has been an "excellent baby" stated our MD. We'll keep you posted on any further developments.
